Safeguarding Our Pack

To ensure the health and safety of our entire pet community, all boarding and daycare guests must be current on essential vaccinations before arrival.

Canine & Feline Protection

Canine Vaccines

We prioritize a healthy social environment for all our canine guests. Essential vaccine requirements include:

  • Rabies: Basic legal safety requirement.
  • DHPP/DA2PP: Vital core immunity series.
  • Bordetella: Crucial for social play settings.
  • Fecal Test: The result within 1 month
  • Bivalent Influenza: recommended
Feline Vaccines

Maintaining high standards for our feline community's health and sanctuary safety:

  • Rabies: Mandatory for all residents.
  • FVRCP: Guarding against respiratory risks.
  • Feline Leukemia: Needed for communal play.
  • FIV/FeLV Testing: Recent negative results are required.

Vaccination Policy FAQs

What vaccinations are required for dog daycare?

We require up-to-date Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccines. We also highly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine for all our guests to maintain the highest safety standards in our social play environment.

When should my pet receive their vaccinations before boarding?

To ensure maximum protection for your pet and others, all vaccines must be administered at least 7-10 days prior to arrival. This timeframe allows the immune system to respond and provides the necessary coverage before they enter our facility.

Do you accept titer tests in place of annual boosters?

Yes, we accept valid titer tests for Distemper and Parvo when accompanied by a signed letter from your veterinarian confirming the results and recommending the pet for social environments like daycare and boarding.

What are the vaccination requirements for feline guests?

Feline guests staying in our cat sanctuary must be current on Rabies and FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia) vaccinations. We strongly advise kittens to complete their full series before boarding.
